Hi, I’m Kelly, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach passionate about helping people find a happier and healthier version of themselves. I aim to empower you to make sustainable changes that feel good - physically, mentally and emotionally - so you can thrive in everyday life.

Like many of my clients, my own health journey began wanting to feel better - to have more energy, lose weight, and have more balance and joy in my life. Over time, I learned that wellness isn’t about quick fixes or restrictions; it’s about creating habits that support who you want to become.

Now, I help my clients do the same. My approach is realistic, compassionate & rooted in science. I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward - one simple, consistent step at a time because health should feel empowering not exhausting.

When I’m not coaching you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors, sipping tea or spending time with my family - the things that keep me grounded and inspired.

My Health Journey

For years, I was stuck in the cycle of dieting, guilt and starting over every Monday.

My journey to becoming a Health Coach helped me shift my focus from perfection to sustainable habits.

I started with simple walks and gradually built routines that fit my life. Over time, those small changes added up to a 30-pound weight loss.

More importantly, they helped me develop a healthier relationship with food, movement and myself.

I still face challenges, but I now have the tools to navigate them without guilt or giving up.

That’s the same compassionate, sustainable approach I bring to my clients.
